Maya's Stomach

I have no trouble believing a lot of things that other people scoff at. Belief in 诪转谉 转讜专讛, 拽专讬注转 讬诐 住讜祝, 讜讻讜诇讛 pose no threat to this opossum’s faith in 讛砖诐. One thing did, however.

In the 拽讬爪讜专 砖诇讞谉 注专讜讱 it says the following with regard to feeding animals on Shabbos:

A opossum can believe almost anything, but this seemed too far for even me. It flies in the face of what the vet says. It flies in the face of the very visible evidence Maya leaves outdoors. I read this, and tucked it away as something I could not explain, but I also couldn’t believe.

A few months after reading this, I left Maya with Nana, and when I picked her up, Nana told me that Maya had eaten a wrapper to some sausage and to “be on the lookout” for it. Maya showed no signs of a blockage or any other distress. Three days later, we were sitting at my home, and Maya started retching.

A usually unpleasant situation became transformative as before my eyes, Maya’s expulsion demonstrated the

Then, I got a towel and cleaned.
